And by "Caucasians" I don't mean "white people" (although they do some pretty crazy things, too) but people from the Caucasus Mountains, or the Ukraine, or where ever this video was shot.
Anyway, I'm pretty sure the music is by Dakha Brakha, even though I can't read the credits at the end.
