Denmark's Efterklang, in concert with the South Denmark Philharmonic Orchestra and Girls' Choir. The show was called The Last Concert, but was not the breakup of the band, it was just, at the moment of performance, or maybe immediately after, the last concert they had performed.
Be sure to catch the off-stage improvisations during the intermission, starting at around the 22:00 minute mark.
