I think part of what fascinates me about this series is watching the intrepid journalist visit dangerous locations not somewhere half-way around the world, but virtually in my own backyard. Who needs Somalia when you got East Atlanta? Not that I live in those yuppified condos overlooking the projects, but Merton's right that Atlanta is a crazy-quilt of neighborhoods with "traps" pushed up against wealthy neighborhoods (Buckhead vs. Bankhead).
