Martin Courtney of Real Estate has a solo album, Many Moons, coming out in October and has released a video of the song Northern Highway from the new project. Just like with Ducktails, the solo side project of his Real Estate bandmate Matthew Mondanile, Courtney's music won't alienate any fans of the Real Estate sound.
