2010 was a great year for music, and one of the near-forgotten gems of that sumptuous year was A Chorus of Storytellers by The Album Leaf. Stand-out track Falling From the Sun has been in heavy rotation in my car and on my iPod ever since the album was released.
Jimmy LaValle has now announced that early next year we'll see a follow-up to A Chorus of Storytellers, and has released a track, New Soul, to hold us over until then. Here's hoping that his plans include a tour, and that the tour includes dates in the American South.
