The Weather Station is a Canadian folk music band formed in 2006 and fronted by Tamara Lindeman. The band membership has changed over the years, but most recently included Lindeman, Ben Whiteley on bass, Will Kidman on electric guitar and keys, and Ian Kehoe on drums. The fifth Weather Station album, Ignorance, is set for release February 5th, 2021 According to Linderman, "It’s the strangest record I’ve made, and also the most pop record I’ve made. It’s a bit of a monster." It’s available for pre-order through Fat Possum Records and Next Door Records.
