Lindy Vision is a self-described "black native sister band" formed in Albuquerque by Dorothy Cuylear (lead vocals, keys, lyrics), Natasha Cuylear (lead/rhythm guitar, backup vocals), and Carla Cuylear (drums, synth beats, backup vocals). Clearly, the coolest thing out of Albuqueraue since Breaking Bad/Better Call Saul.
The video for their song Pressure utilizes a 360-degree, immersive spherical technique, meaning you can turn the view around using your mouse or by touch.
But in addition to an arresting visual presence and innovative videography, Lindy Vance has a great synth-funk/dance-punk/post-punk (post-synth-punk?) sound. Adult Children Part II, the followup to 2019's Adult Children Part 1, came out March 6.
