These full 45 years later, it still amazes me how ahead of their time the German band Can still sounds. No one would mistake this BBC session for some current indie-rock band, but I doubt many people would guess it's from 1975.
Timeless music from psych-rock masters. The songs are titled Geheim and Mighty Girl and only appear under those names in the Peel Sessions compilation album (not pictured), although Geheim was included in their 1975 LP Landed (fourth pic, top row) as Half Past One, and Mighty Girl as November in 1978's Out of Reach (fourth pic, second row).
As we used to say back in the day, "Good shit."
