This Heat


Looking for some nice, enjoyable music that's easy to understand and won't challenge your intellect?  Well, my friend, you're in the wrong post.

Here's England's This Heat in a 1977 BBC session, playing post-punk while punk was still in its formative years.  


The songs are Fall Of Saigon, followed by Not Waving But Drowning and Horizontal Hold.  Brace yourself for plenty of WTF moments.

They briefly reunited as This Is Not This Heat and we saw them at Big Ears in 2018 and at The Earl in Atlanta in 2019 (pre-set pic above and setlist below).,
