Jessica Moss, The Pilot Light, Knoxville, 2018

We saw Jessica Moss (Silver Mount Zion) perform at The Pilot Light in Knoxville, Tennessee during Big Ears 2018 and fell in love with both her and her music.  It was a highlight of an already treasure-filled festival.

Here she is performing Entire Population at Espace B in Paris in September 2017.

Espace B is the restaurant and performance venue in which the Wrekmeister Harmonies set was recorded.  Espace B is tucked away on the Rue Barbanègre in La Villette, an edgy, gentrified area in the extreme northeast of Paris. and has been described as a working man’s café that just so happens to have a stage in the garage out back.  Noted for its waterfront promenades and the Parc de la Villette, a futuristic green space on the site of a former abattoir, La Villette also has the Cité des Sciences et de l'Industrie, the Philharmonie de Paris concert hall, and Centquatre, a cultural center in a converted funeral parlor.
